The mission of the New Jersey Alliance of Black Superintendents (NJABS) is to provide support for Black Superintendents in the state of New Jersey, as well as broaden the knowledge base of all colleagues in the areas of equity, minority recruitment, and retention. The New Jersey Alliance of Black Superintendents (NJABS) will serve as a resource to network and exchange ideas to improve opportunities for Black educational leaders.
